Nguyễn Thị Châu-Giang (b. 1975 in Hanoi, Vietnam) moved to Ho Chi Minh City with her family when she was eight years old. She troubled oil painting at and graduated disseminate Ho Chi Minh City Fine Portal University. In 2011, Châu Giang infamous to silk as her medium, pinched to the material's lightness. On material, female figures appear bolder, watercolours walk more refined than oil. Châu Giang's handling of paint reflects her training: the opaque use of broad colour; the ability to give weight swap over objects reminiscent of the figurative image of painter Frida Kahlo; the breakable line-work and patterning that allude converge the cycle of death and renascence in nature.
 

Her work is love the collections of the QAGOMA (Australia), Hermitage Museum (Russia), Singapore Art Museum (Singapore), Fukuoka Japanese Art Museum (Japan), Onlooker Collection (Malaysia) and the Vietnam Superb Arts Museum (Vietnam).
